Industrial Engineering :

In IE, our work expanded into responsibilities, which includes the development of most efficient methods & processes, enabling to cross the existing benchmarks with new records of productivity and reduction in the level of worker fatigue. We are there to support in optimising the complexity by analysing, redesigning, & implementing solutions for improving manufacturing efficiency, factory layout, processes, and profitability of the existing operations.

Time and Motion Study

Analysing the duration and actions of specific tasks by observing the contributors like Man, Machine, Method, & Material. It helps in streamlining the inefficiencies and bottlenecks which in turn increasing the productivity.

We as a team uses known techniques like Videography, Method-Time Measurement, & Work sampling for statistical analysis. We work in finding the efficient solutions for bottlenecks, operator inefficiency, inefficient workflows, & physical stress.

Lean Manufacturing

Focuses on improving the processes by analysing the whole value stream. Target is to maximise the value and minimise the waste. We help our clients to deliver the optimised value to their customers. We can be support in Data collection and analysis, advanced manufacturing techniques, machine learning, schedule optimisation, resource allocation, capacity calculation, machine availability, material availability.

Production time studies for the understanding of inventory management, material processing, material handling, on time material supply to the processing lines, and factors that can help in reducing wastes for better efficiency in production with the use of lean manufacturing tools.
We support in line balancing by balancing the workload amongst employees and machines.

Facility Layout
